Talk:Samuel Alito
Stopped clock?[edit]
What exactly makes Alito's dissent on Snyder v. Phelps a "stopped clock" moment beyond "Christians bad mkay"? The court's nearly unanimous decision was in protection of the First Amendment, which should be of interest to this site. Am I led to believe that this decision is supposed to represent an "inverse stopped clock moment" for the liberal members of the court that ruled in the majority? 69.60.33.176 (talk) 14:16, 24 May 2024 (UTC)
