Talk:The Fellowship
The Fellowship, more commonly referred to as The Family[edit]
If it's more commonly known as "the Family," shouldn't the article be there and the redirect here? P-Foster (talk) 03:38, 27 February 2011 (UTC)
- The official name of the organization is The Fellowship, though.Nebuchadnezzar (talk) 03:48, 27 February 2011 (UTC)
"The Family" is also used as a name for "The Family of Love" aka "The Children of God". That was the first thing I thought of when I saw "The Family"; I'd forgotten about this other mob. --Maratrean (talk) 04:30, 27 February 2011 (UTC)
Stupak?[edit]
Is Bart Stupak really a fundamentalist? His policy positions seem to indicate otherwise. Burkean (talk) 23:04, 15 November 2015 (UTC)
On the cryptofascist conspiracy thing in the article[edit]
These folks are basically theofascists. They definitely don't rule the US, though they have a terrifying amount of power and i mean "Worldwide Spiritual Offensive" as a slogan should probably really scare anyone here who is threatened by authoritarian religion - since converting governments toward further theocratic and theofascist directions seems to be their (unstated, cus they're pretty quiet and actively avoid public scrutiny and attention) goal. Netflix recently released an investigative mini series on these folks, might be worth a watch for folks here if you have access. nyaa ⏣sapient_cogbag⏣ [all-lowercase name pls] talk 19:46, 7 April 2020 (UTC)
