2025 RationalWiki 'Oregon Plan' Fundraiser

There is no RationalWiki without you. We are a small non-profit with no staff—we are hundreds of volunteers who document pseudoscience and crankery around the world every day. We will never allow ads because we must remain independent. We cannot rely on big donors with corresponding big agendas. We are not the largest website around, but we believe we play an important role in defending truth and objectivity.

Fighting pseudoscience isn't free.

Salam Hypothesis[edit]

Should the Salam Hypothesis be added? It is from the net, however it is only a "hypothesis" not a "law". - π 11:45, 24 October 2009 (UTC)

Isn't the Salam Hypothesis a relatively serious observation? While on the other hand Internet Law tends to be quite humourous in nature and tend to apply to "interwebz" culture as a whole. If that's so, then I'd probably say no to adding it to the template. Scarlet A.pngpathetic 11:49, 24 October 2009 (UTC)
Good point. It probably would be out of place, but I have heard people use the expression Godwin's Law offline, usually when discussing political debates. - π 11:52, 24 October 2009 (UTC)

Andy's law[edit]

Should Andy's law be added here? Tetronian you're clueless 04:20, 27 December 2009 (UTC)
