Why is this being removed from everywhere?

The navbar construction template isn't meant to disinclude a category. Sure, it can be done with a hack. I've always thought that navbars should never automatically include a category, but so many of them do because of that bit in the construction template. Blue (pester) 01:50, 22 July 2012 (UTC)
