Instructions

1. Make a clenched fist.
2. Bend your arm at the elbow.
3. Point your elbow out to the side, as if leaning on a mantlepiece.
4. Make a continuous circular motion with your fist and forearm.
5. Take a deep breath.
6. Say "AWOOGAR!". Say it loud and long.
