Great work! Thanks! But did you look into the ranges? For instance, Duke University 67.159.64.0 - 67.159.255.255 lies in the /16 block of 67.159.0.0.... @EddyP: Being in this list means that at least some of your addresses are blocked - not necessarily all of them... larronsicut fur in nocte 13:40, 14 March 2009 (EDT)

Within the /16 blocks in the ARIN area (North America), I found:

Duke University 67.159.64.0 67.159.127.255
Bellevue University 66.37.228.0 66.37.231.255
Southern Christian University 66.35.147.0 66.35.147.255
University of Arizona 208.75.160.0 208.75.167.255
George Fox University 208.75.42.240 208.75.42.247
Mid-South Community College 72.55.116.192 72.55.116.255
Northwest College of Naturopathic Medicine 208.75.45.128 208.75.45.159
Ranken Technical College 208.75.82.160 208.75.82.167

I have to say it never really occurred to me that some of their range blocks would cross network boundaries. I figured that they basically looked at whois for for the IP address that did whatever bad thing they didn't like, and then just blocked the network address and all the hosts in the network. I guess I probably ought to have known better, since when they blocked me they blocked a whole /16 while I only own a /28.
How did you find this out, anyway? It was time consuming enough to whois all the IP blocks with just the stated address, especially since I left a polite 5 second delay between each query. To parse the info in the whois and figure out if the block represents more than one network would have taken forever. --JeevesMkII The gentleman's gentleman at the other site 19:53, 14 March 2009 (EDT)
