paranoid[edit]
Thanks, I should have known better! (whoops, that's the Beatles). I was on a stream of unconsciousness roll, thinking of sabbath bloody sabbath, and then I realized Iron Man was perfect for the reference, and got my BS records mixed up. You fixed it to exactly what I intended. humanbe in 10:01, 21 June 2007 (CDT)
I can't believe I screwed up my — s. I should be more careful on a showpiece article like that, that so many people worked so hard on. Thanks for catching it! Gawd, that article was just a glimmer in Trent's eye yesterday afternoon... humanbe in 23:57, 21 June 2007 (CDT)

Utter, Profound, Absolute, Total Cluelessness about criticism[edit]
Hi. I have deleted the content of the page "Conservapedia:Utter..." and copied it to "Category:Utter..." so that it will appear in only one place in the "Category:Conservapedia" page. It's on the top now, alphabetized under "U". (I tried to do a "move page", but that doesn't work between namespaces.) This means that I had to delete your redirect page so that it won't appear on the bottom also. I hope that's OK. I'm totally new here, but having a wonderful time. SJIHAS 20:14, 24 June 2007 (CDT)
- Sounds good to me. I went ahead and deleted the now-empty page. Glad you're having a good time! --jtltalk 20:20, 24 June 2007 (CDT)
CP category sort[edit]
Hi, I think you were right about the category sort. I had been looking to see if there was a way to apply it to the namespace as a whole before going through all the articles to change them, but there doesn't seem to be. So thanks for doing the hard work! I've made a slight change though: Adding {{DEFAULTSORT:{{PAGENAME}}}}
instead of [[Category:Conservapedia|{{PAGENAME}}]]
will make sure the article is properly sorted in all categories rather than just the conservapedia one. So I made that change to the {{conservapedia}} template and the few articles that didn't have it. --Stevo (talk) 07:12, 25 June 2007 (CDT)
you should have mail[edit]

Contents[edit]
Hi, just wanted to clean up this loose end. Could we:
- Delete RationalWiki:Contents
- Move Template:RationalWiki_MainPage/Featured_Content to RationalWiki:Contents
- Restore all revisions of RationalWiki:Contents to merge the histories?
Thanks -- Stevo (talk) 06:38, 5 July 2007 (CDT)
- All done. Thanks for the reminder. --jtltalk 12:46, 5 July 2007 (CDT)
- Muchas gracias. Yeah you were always going to have to do the last bit manually because the page move counts as the latest revision. -- Stevo (talk) 12:48, 5 July 2007 (CDT)
Also, I've compiled a list of redirects with few links to them on my sandbox page. I've told Human about it too. Dig in! -- Stevo (talk) 12:39, 5 July 2007 (CDT)
random motto[edit]
talk about your pingponging conversations!
The "choose" thing came from http://uncyclopedia.org/index.php?title=Template:Stub&action=edit
It uses sub templates, but unless class="boilerplate metadata" is important, they don't do much - see one at http://uncyclopedia.org/index.php?title=Template:Allstubs&action=edit
It would be nice to have all the mottos/slogans on one page. Googling "mediawiki choose option" as I type... humanbe in 19:46, 9 July 2007 (CDT)
- I think the extension is called "RandomSelection". shall I pester Linus or Tmt for it? humanbe in 19:50, 9 July 2007 (CDT)
- Ah, here it is -- RandomSelection works better than random_selection. I think Linus is our best bet. --jtltalk 20:04, 9 July 2007 (CDT)
tech help[edit]
I ask because I suspect you know how to do this: can you figure out an easy way for me to "list" articles I have started? So I can check for unfinished orphans saying "I'll work on this"? I'm trying to clean up my random crap. Thanks! humanbe in 22:40, 11 July 2007 (CDT)
- I don't know of an easy way, and it seems like an obvious enhancement to me -- the recent changes list shows when pages are new, but (as you've probably noticed) the user contribution list doesn't. I have some tools to allow some analysis of a user's edits, which I could make recognize new pages, I think. They don't deal well with moved pages, though, which is likely to be a problem here. --jtltalk 23:26, 11 July 2007 (CDT)
