Blanking[edit]

Please read the community standards regarding talk pages. - π 12:05, 17 November 2009 (UTC)

I don't want this crap on my talk page. Please revert this blank. — Unsigned, by: Qwertyuiop / talk / contribs
Yeah, it can sometimes be annoying but its best to leave talk completely unedited. It's part freedom of speech and part transparency. You can archive it if you like but it must stay visible. Scarlet A.pngpostate 12:11, 17 November 2009 (UTC)
(EC)Then archive it.
Please sign your comments using four tildes (~~~~) or by clicking on the sign button: SigButt.png on the toolbar above the edit panel. (You can indent successive talk page comments using one more colon (:) for each line.) Thank you. - π 12:12, 17 November 2009 (UTC)
Incidentally, you can put whatever you like on your userpage and only you can edit it.--BobNot Jim 12:14, 17 November 2009 (UTC)
With in reason. - π 12:16, 17 November 2009 (UTC)
How do I archive it?Qwertyuiop 12:17, 17 November 2009 (UTC)
See the little green box, that says create an archive? Cut what you don't want on the page off and paste it on the page you get by following the link. Warning though the bit that says {{talkpage}} creates that box so don't cut that. - π 12:20, 17 November 2009 (UTC)
Someone (presumably the stupid prat who posted the offensive material) has reverted the archiving. Can I do nothing about that? I suppose I could go and put offensive stuff on his page but I'm not that stupid.Qwertyuiop 13:27, 17 November 2009 (UTC)
