Ah, this was Andrew's finest hour. He should come write for us. Or Uncyclopedia... humanbe in 12:11, 5 August 2007 (CDT)

I write for Uncyclopedia! (review, more of) =D {[User:Javascap/sig}}

Wow…[edit]

And how did we get ahold of this again? --Linus(plot evil tech) 22:36, 5 August 2007 (CDT)

Stoled it, probably. Phor phair use. Meaning, at least we will use it! I'm writing my congresslady and my bookie right now! humanbe in 23:05, 5 August 2007 (CDT)
Bohdan sent it to me. Apparently it was one of his favorite articles on CP and he kept a copy before it was deleted. Genghis Khant 02:33, 6 August 2007 (CDT)
REALLY? I sent it to you? Luckily I have never seen this before, and I'm pretty sure it was taken down before I came to CP. Yeah, try to frame me. It isn't the first time you people have attempted that. Bohdan 18:22, 6 August 2007 (CDT)
Framing you in love only, sir. Anyway, I left a comment on PNAO at CP in mid-May, I think you were there by then. I just can't access the article history. humanbe in 18:52, 6 August 2007 (CDT)
Good for him! Was it totally slashed and burned, or just emptied? Because it's one of the topics in the blogs from back in the day... maybe we should google it and go comment in the "new" link? humanbe in 11:58, 6 August 2007 (CDT)
Let's face it, PNAO put Conservapedia on the map. No matter if they try to deny it, it's what got them notice in the mainstream media (MSM). Genghis Khant 18:19, 6 August 2007 (CDT)
I tried all sorts of tricks searching edit histories on CP without any luck then found the Wayback Machine which didn't help. So I tried Google and found someone that had archived it. Genghis Khant 07:24, 7 August 2007 (CDT)

Good to see this come to the top again. Did we ever find out who wrote it?--Bobbing up 14:57, 28 June 2008 (EDT)

Yes, it was written by Lyle Zapato, but was posted to CP by someone else who copied it from his site.— Unsigned, by: 64.91.99.217 / talk / contribs
Cool. Thanks IP.--Bobbing up 03:52, 19 July 2008 (EDT)

The original intention of this hoax was actually pretty clear. The author was a teacher who wrote the articlr as a learning aid for his kids, showing them that a lot of the crap you read on the internet is made up bullshit. He would get them to look it up and write a short essay about it, and later tell them it was a totally bogus article that he'd written himself. I exchanged some emails with him back when it first appeared on Constipaedia - nice bloke. 165.142.249.81 (talk) 06:16, 3 February 2011 (UTC) this is from a bitch named Zoey
