This is an irrefutable fact. Not only do you spend your entire evening jacking it, you write a fucking essay on it. If you were a chick, I would think that was kinky, but you're not. I don't mean this as a personal attack; I'm only saying this for your own good: you need to get laid. Get off the fucking computer and find yourself a ho. Shit, I think I'm projecting in this essay/debate ... bye!

Your thoughts?[edit]

Well, given that the writer of Essay:Pornography Is Good is only sixteen, you're being rather unfair. Also, did you even read it? 'Cause I believe you missed the whole damn point of it. The point of the essay is not that he personally enjoys fapping to pictures of naked men and women, but that pornography is beneficial to society as a whole. --Star of David.png Radioactive afikomen Please ignore all my awful pre-2014 comments. 22:06, 18 March 2008 (EDT)

You (Radioactive afikomen) make a good point. I think an essay simply giving the reasons why pornography is awesome would simply not last, although I'm only new here. --T.mds 22:13, 18 March 2008 (EDT)

agreed and agreed --RyanB 22:17, 18 March 2008 (EDT)

Oh, I got the point of it. It was a good prose. Don't worry, this "debate" is tounge in cheek. TheRationalOne 22:31, 18 March 2008 (EDT)

It is not an "irrefutable fact." Only one counterexample is enough to demonstrate this, but I have two. A producer of porn or a porn actor, who likely have plenty of opportunities to get laid more frequently than the average person, would most probably say that "pornography is good." A less extreme example: a middle-aged guy with a rich sex life with his wife, may also like to explore his interest in porn -- maybe even sometimes with his wife.

I'm sure this will end up saying far too much about myself, but pornography (however you define it) can be a creative way to explore your sexuality. In my years of studying human cultures, one thing I've learned is that the single most important sexual organ in the human body is the mind. Imagination, creativity, and intellect are all important aspects of sexuality. --WaitingforGodot 10:22, 7 July 2008 (EDT)

Having read the essay I would say that the answer is obviously "No".--Bobbing up 10:32, 7 July 2008 (EDT)
I Agree--Bobby 15:57, 12 July 2008 (EDT)

As the author, I should probably also note that I initially wrote the essay as a research paper for English composition a long time ago. It has since been extended. --EMc 12:58, 5 December 2008 (EST)
