2025 RationalWiki 'Oregon Plan' Fundraiser

There is no RationalWiki without you. We are a small non-profit with no staff—we are hundreds of volunteers who document pseudoscience and crankery around the world every day. We will never allow ads because we must remain independent. We cannot rely on big donors with corresponding big agendas. We are not the largest website around, but we believe we play an important role in defending truth and objectivity.

Fighting pseudoscience isn't free.

Al-Islam.org is a Shia Islamic website dedicated into promoting Shia Islam and giving free online books about the Ahlulbait. The Islamic site was created originally in the early 2000’s by a group of Shia Muslims who wanted to provide Shia recourses to Muslims. The group later also launched Al-Islam TV, a Shia Islamic live television company that gave live lectures to Shia Muslims.

Soon after, they also launched Ayatullah Sistani’s quotes about Shia Islam. At that time, there were about more than 3,000 free resources on the webpage, including videos, books, free courses, and many other content, in which soon expanded over time.
