2025 RationalWiki 'Oregon Plan' Fundraiser

There is no RationalWiki without you. We are a small non-profit with no staff—we are hundreds of volunteers who document pseudoscience and crankery around the world every day. We will never allow ads because we must remain independent. We cannot rely on big donors with corresponding big agendas. We are not the largest website around, but we believe we play an important role in defending truth and objectivity.

Fighting pseudoscience isn't free.
We are 100% user-supported! Help and donate $5, $10, $20 or whatever you can today with PayPal Logo.png!

Bronze[edit]

  1. I've been working on this article for a while, and I think it's pretty decent now. I'd like to see if you think it's good enough for bronze. Vomitorium (talk) 21:01, 7 March 2022 (UTC)

Status quo[edit]

Goat[edit]

  • Bronze does not generally require a vote. Bongolian (talk) 21:45, 7 March 2022 (UTC)
  • Not too sure about this, I did add one CN to it, and that could use expansion or be deleted. That's my only quibble, and as per Bongolian, bronze doesn't need a vote. Andrew5 (talk) 00:55, 18 March 2022 (UTC)
@Andrew5 I did just elaborate on the point you tagged (Monotonicity and Spoilers) and added a citation. The reason it wasn't cited previously is because I thought it was trivial, although it might not be to someone unfamiliar with the types of properties that are typically cited as flaws of Instant Runoff Voting.
If bronze doesn't require a vote (sorry, I didn't know), I assume this should be archived when possible, although I'd not do that immediately so that you can read this reply. Vomitorium (talk) 00:13, 19 March 2022 (UTC)
Looks better now. I am not going to demote it myself but if you want to, go for it. Andrew5 mobile (talk) 11:41, 19 March 2022 (UTC)
