2025 RationalWiki 'Oregon Plan' Fundraiser

There is no RationalWiki without you. We are a small non-profit with no staff—we are hundreds of volunteers who document pseudoscience and crankery around the world every day. We will never allow ads because we must remain independent. We cannot rely on big donors with corresponding big agendas. We are not the largest website around, but we believe we play an important role in defending truth and objectivity.

Fighting pseudoscience isn't free.
We are 100% user-supported! Help and donate $5, $10, $20 or whatever you can today with PayPal Logo.png!

The other wiki has a much lengthier article with the same name. Sprocket J Cogswell (talk) 16:09, 25 November 2013 (UTC)

You could say that for nearly all our articles. I wish I had Francis Hitchings's book that had a chapter on this. SophieWilderModerator 19:06, 25 November 2013 (UTC)

Merge into main Flat Earth article[edit]

This stub article, while covering an important notion, it is orphaned and stub partially because it has relevance in one single topic - Flat Eartherism. It's even an experiement ON a flat versus round earth. I think that clearly this page should be merged into the main Flat Earth article, and a redirect be made to it when searching for the Bedford Level experiment. Also, there's this discussion area where you're supposed to suggest mergers or whatnot. I couldn't find it, which is why I post this here and not there - pardon in advance.
