2025 RationalWiki 'Oregon Plan' Fundraiser

There is no RationalWiki without you. We are a small non-profit with no staff—we are hundreds of volunteers who document pseudoscience and crankery around the world every day. We will never allow ads because we must remain independent. We cannot rely on big donors with corresponding big agendas. We are not the largest website around, but we believe we play an important role in defending truth and objectivity.

Fighting pseudoscience isn't free.
We are 100% user-supported! Help and donate $5, $10, $20 or whatever you can today with PayPal Logo.png!
Donations so far: $8765.50Goal: $10000

No point[edit]

wtf... no point, no funny? and more red links to articles that we don;t need? humanbe in 02:14, 17 September 2007 (EDT)

This is an obvious attempt at humour that some people might find amusing. Maybe move it to fun or expand. (Though I know by now that this isn't an encyclopedia, but perhaps it could focus on the history of life on earth, or do we already have a page on that?) - All Hail Tuna 07:41, 17 September 2007 (EDT)

BoNs dating editings[edit]

Wouldn't BoNs edit about there not being a reliable dating method mean that the Bible is an unreliable dating method also? --Edgerunner76Your views are intriguing to me and I wish to subscribe to your newsletter 10:08, 25 February 2009 (EST)

Actually he referred to carbon 14 dating - which rather shows the depth of his knowledge. It would be truly impossible to use carbon 14 to date the Earth. (So nobody does.)--Bobbing up 15:50, 25 February 2009 (EST)
