2025 RationalWiki 'Oregon Plan' Fundraiser

There is no RationalWiki without you. We are a small non-profit with no staff—we are hundreds of volunteers who document pseudoscience and crankery around the world every day. We will never allow ads because we must remain independent. We cannot rely on big donors with corresponding big agendas. We are not the largest website around, but we believe we play an important role in defending truth and objectivity.

Fighting pseudoscience isn't free.
We are 100% user-supported! Help and donate $5, $10, $20 or whatever you can today with PayPal Logo.png!

Standards[edit]

... the problem with nclb isn't that it created standards ... the problem is that it didn't. It left the standards up to the states - which is why you see this (autoplay video!)--Danielfolsom (talk) 20:31, 20 March 2011 (UTC)

A Question[edit]

Is the sections about theories on the introduction of NCLB supposed to be sarcastic, or is it serious? I feel it's kind of ambiguous, seeing that it says "see also: conspiracy theory" an the way we treat most conspiracy theories. Could somebody please tell me? I think it's just a list of some of the more crazy theories. Sam Tally-ho! 06:34, 11 December 2011 (UTC)
