Talk:Patent medicine
Title should be "Patent medicine". Singular, and uncapped - just like in the lead sentence. human 14:36, 7 March 2008 (EST)
Some/all of this should be merged into the header on Category:Patent medicine.--Chupi 01:39, 27 August 2008 (EDT)
Would anybody mind...[edit]
Putting in this image with the caption "We all know what happened to the boy who cried "wolf"." (assuming it's legal and what-not obviously)? I don't know how to put in images.TheSocktor (talk) 23:02, 17 May 2014 (UTC)

"Human" Snake Oil[edit]
Last July I went to Santiago, Chile and couldn't avoid noticing street dealers announcing discretely some ointment as aceite humano, literally human oil. I found an (probably fake) article that claims morgue workers provide the medicin made of belly fat in the black market, as it is illegal in Chile to trade human remains, and that topic use of it could result in outstanding healing of burn and stretch marks. If some folks are really spreading dead people fat in wounds (yikes!), could it be relevant to the page? Anyone in Chile can add more detail about the subject? --179.219.111.15 (talk) 02:06, 4 November 2017 (UTC)
