#question[edit]

Out of curiosity, do we need this article? I don't Twitter (much), but here and far-right or social justice special-interest news sources (WHTM, Mary Sue, Feministe, ATTN:, Breitbart, InfoWars, etc.) were the only places I've seen discussing it. Even Reddit has only one or two major postings on it, and that's largely been on the response rather than a rally. ℕoir LeSable (talk) 19:38, 11 March 2016 (UTC)

Prominent internet "celebrities" were involved in this. It may not be as big as Gamergate, but it's still a relevant Internet event. It's even warranted an IB Times article (granted, by Southern...) --Ilovescience (talk) 20:00, 11 March 2016 (UTC)
Eh. I'm still kinda shaky on this, when other hashtag movements and Twitteroversies like #YesAllWomen, #CancelColbert, #OscarsSoWhite, etc., are brief and wrapped in other articles, if they are even brought up at all. #BlackLivesMatter does have its own article, but that's because it's its own massive movement outside the hashtag, spawning IRL protests and encompassing several IRL events.
If other people are cool with it, that's cool. ℕoir LeSable (talk) 21:27, 11 March 2016 (UTC)
Here's another vote for questioning its relevancy. Is anyone going to remember this a month from now? Vulpius (talk) 21:41, 11 March 2016 (UTC)
I'm unconvinced. OTOH, it's hilariously stupid - David Gerard (talk) 12:09, 12 March 2016 (UTC)
