2025 RationalWiki 'Oregon Plan' Fundraiser

There is no RationalWiki without you. We are a small non-profit with no staff—we are hundreds of volunteers who document pseudoscience and crankery around the world every day. We will never allow ads because we must remain independent. We cannot rely on big donors with corresponding big agendas. We are not the largest website around, but we believe we play an important role in defending truth and objectivity.

Fighting pseudoscience isn't free.

It was established that MC wasn't allowed to post, and I suppose that if it happens again someone can always invoke the "banned users' comments must be reverted" community decision. If Human doesn't like it he can piss off.

The vote indicates that it was a proposed change to the Community Standards and applies to all blocked users, not just MarcusCicero.

Ah, true enough. No, it hasn't been put into the Standards yet.

That's even better. I suggest a moderator puts it in.

No need to wait for a mod - anyone can do it just as well.
