I'm a sophmore in college. I enjoy reading, hanging out with friends, and surfing the internet.OpalHonors (talk) 00:54, 24 October 2010 (UTC) I'm working on getting my AA in General Ed Requirements (1 year left!!!),then Bachelors in Information Technology, learning ASL, and playing pranks on my dad through the computer (never works, he's a computer geek)OpalHonors (talk) 00:54, 24 October 2010 (UTC) I spend my spare time volunteering, and hanging with my best friend, Renee. I am very opinionated, and like seeing other peoples views. I detest being judged based on my age, simply because I don't have enough "real world experience".
Halloween is coming up soon!!! Or for me, Samhain... even so, I'm going to be out having a blast on my favorite....holiday... ever.OpalHonors 00:03, 6 October 2009 (UTC)
- So, getting ready for Thanksgiving... unfortunately for me, my parents decided to be altruistic and host this year. So I get to spend most of the next couple weeks cleaning, and then get to listen to a whole bunch of my family ramble on about different things....
So my parents have been nagging me nonstop about me not "doing as much homework as they saw me do in the start of the year" and all of that, threatening to take away my car and my phone and making me take a job in walking distance, right? Well, I got a 92% on my Math exam and an A-/B+ on my Composition 1 essay! Eat that Mom and Dad!!! Woo HOO!!!OpalHonors 21:08, 7 October 2009 (UTC)
- So, how about I managed to totally get an A on my math quiz... not seeming like much, except this is the first A on the quiz for me yet.
So. My parents decided that for the amount of money that they put into me (car payments, car insurance, cell phone). I have to do the equivalent of 17 hours of work in the house a week. Of course they don't tell me what 17 hours of work is equal to. I tried writing down a chore list, which would roughly equate to 17 hours, but they won't accept it, saying I just have to do whatever I can. Which means I have to run around doing everything I can think of and hope it equals out to seventeen hours... WTF! If that isn't enough, I also have to maintain a good set of grades, while going to college full time and volunteering. GRRR....OpalHonors 15:02, 9 November 2009 (UTC)
So I got my tattoo. I didn't cry, but everyone was sure I was.... Why did no one warn me about the enorphin high that I am still riding almost three and a half hours later?
