The Christian Post, established in July 2000, is a daily evangelical newspaper published by the Christian Post Company, which is headquartered in Washington, D.C. The newspaper, which is pan-denominational, claims that it is "the most comprehensive and up-to-date source of Christian-related news in the United States and a majority of the world."[1]
CP also has a website that bears a striking resemblance to another news website that the readers and contributors to TCP have often lambasted for being librul.
Getting friendly with the FFAF
The Christian Post appears to really, really like the Freedom From Atheism Foundation, and has multiple articles on how the FFAF bravely stands up to those intolerant, militant, militant atheists.[2] Also like FFAF, TCP also seems to believe that they are being bullied/persecuted whenever they find someone who doesn’t believe in their particular deity[3].
In their own words, they have this to say:
If you or someone you know has been the victim of militant, confrontational atheism then the place to turn is the Freedom From Atheism Foundation (FFAF).
Created in 2012 as a response to intolerant atheists seeking the removal of a Veterans Memorial that displayed religious symbols, the FFAF has grown leaps and bounds and boasts over 120,000 followers on their Facebook page as of this writing. The Freedom From Atheism Foundation was created as a grassroots civil rights Facebook group to help protect the rights of religious believers, address the rising tide of intolerant atheism across the world, and be a beacon of hope and support for victims of atheist hate.
