>Celto-Saxons[edit]

Séamas, fetch my armalite. Féinléiriú (talk) 22:49, 9 April 2019 (UTC)

Seriously though this seems to be a thing of a lot of WASP white nationalists do, who needed to widen their base so they put more emphasis on other white ethnicities but can't help refer to good old anglo-saxons every now and then. And Irish Americans are just the people to fall for it too. Both seem to forget that the WASP of old was just the kind of person to look down upon Irish even tho they're 'white' along with Italians and Polish etc. I reckon the influence/power these people get (hopefully none), the narrower their definition will become again. @Féinléiriú "Whiteness" is a cultural construct not reflective of actual human population variety, biologically speaking all humans are one "race", see our article on racialism for more information. The fact that Irish people weren't considered white a century ago supports this. Oxyaena Harass 12:33, 10 April 2019 (UTC)
I wasn't suggesting race was a thing, I was trying to point out how even to them people race isn't a thing (in that often their ideal description of an American is really a WASP), and how weird it is that they're using race to seem more open. I've seen some examples of the 'inferior celt' racism from the past. Annanoon is covering it a bit in his celts draft as well. Féinléiriú (talk) 12:54, 10 April 2019 (UTC)
