Is this notable or interesting in any way?--ADtalkModerator 09:05, 24 July 2012 (UTC)

Well, all the CAPITAL LETTERS mean IT MUST BE TRUE. Also I believe "We have free discourse on RW, even to the extent of permitting reprehensible opinions." Therefore we must keep this, otherwise it's CENSORSHIP!! --Psygremlin (talk) 09:15, 24 July 2012 (UTC)
This appears to be the published version of these sorts of vehicles. I can't find the really good photo of a van that's covered entirely in taped-down paper ranting about Obama, Satan, and homosexuals, so that mess that's halfway between fundie ranting billboard on wheels and white-trash art car will have to do. Hm, but is this book spoken of anywhere or in any way important? It comes from a BoN, which makes me suspicious that it's just a drive-by slurring of someone's pet peeve or enemy, and may or may not be substantiated.--ADtalkModerator 09:32, 24 July 2012 (UTC)
This BoN contributes fairly frequently, but apparently doesn't want to sign up. Some references could be good, although I can imagine that vanity-published meth-fuelled nonsense wouldn't have a high visibility on the web except either via the author spamming it in bursts of self-promotion anywhere that won't nuke it on sight, or people laughing at it. It's been around since 2009 and there are several pages in Google, MS. ELIYZABETH YANNE STRONG ANDERSON. As far as I can see everyone who cited the book treated it as comedy. I can't see this becoming influential but it may be worth a page for it's humor value. Proxima Centauri (talk) 03:54, 27 July 2012 (UTC)

Move to Fun, then? fine by me. C®ackeЯ 03:58, 27 July 2012 (UTC)

Ugh capslock. ТySo long as they pretend to care, I will pretend to listen 03:14, 27 July 2012 (UTC)

Perhaps an excerpt could be salvaged for an article on really out-there crankery, but it can be salvaged just as well from the delete bin too, I guess. BURN HER SHE'S A WITCHIT! C®ackeЯ 03:52, 27 July 2012 (UTC)
So long as where it is salvaged to doesn't have so many capital letters in its title... The text isn't green by any chance, is it? Peter This is not my first temporal anomaly 03:59, 27 July 2012 (UTC)
I'm with the dump group. Green mowse.pngGodotWhat is your fucking defense of automatic guns, again? 04:02, 27 July 2012 (UTC)
Destroy this hideous sight. My gods. If someone restores it to funspace, that'd be cool. Seme Blue 04:32, 27 July 2012 (UTC)

Hey, folks. I'm the aforementioned BoN (I think I will start an account) who wrote the article. I only added it because it's an anti-BC book by a Christian wingnut which, IMO, is very funny, and therefore seemed on-mission to me. I don't see what's so bad about the title and book description being in capitals; that's the way the author actually wrote them, and furthermore, they're that which makes the whole thing scream: "THIS IS A BOOK BY A DERANGED FUNDIE!" in the first place. 04:47, 27 July, 2012 (UTC)

It's usually considered terrible form to put a title in all caps, that and the title is just unwieldy. How do you link to it without taking up a large amount of space, or find it in the first place. --il'Dictator Mikal 07:29, 27 July 2012 (UTC)
I've moved it to fun space and removed most of the caps. Proxima Centauri (talk) 07:47, 27 July 2012 (UTC)
Why, there is nothing fun about it? Tmtoulouse, and nobody else 10:23, 27 July 2012 (UTC)

I tried to link the page to Quiverfull but I can't get the link to work. Proxima Centauri (talk) 09:12, 27 July 2012 (UTC)

Hmm ... looking at the problem, I suggest you stop editing any articles whatsoever - David Gerard (talk) 11:47, 27 July 2012 (UTC)

two funs in the title?[edit]

Is there some wiki reason i just don't understand for that?--il'Dictator Mikal 18:26, 27 July 2012 (UTC)

Prox. ТyJFNWA 18:27, 27 July 2012 (UTC)

Does it stay now?[edit]

Hey folks, it's the BoN who wrote it again. Well, not anymore. I made an account. But anyways... the article's title has had the capitals removed and it's been classified as 'fun'. Does that mean it stays now? - Fastzander (talk) 6:31, 27 July, 2012 (UTC)

Aye, at least until someone slaps a delete template on it and we vote to ax it altogether. I believe the ALL CAPS were removed cause it borks the MW software somehow. C®ackeЯ 08:03, 29 July 2012 (UTC)
The delete template is still there, while I think the caps were just annoying more than anything else. Peter This is not my first temporal anomaly 08:23, 29 July 2012 (UTC)

reviving a deadthing[edit]

sorry to revive a deadthing - but i really have to ask. are the priesthood children we are robbing god of, children who are going to be priests, or children who are born FOR the priests. Just have to ask. One tin soldier (talk) 19:09, 12 June 2014 (UTC)

Does it matter? The title is easily the part that makes the most sense. |₹Λ¥$€₦₦ Red rose 02.svg All you need is some monkey magic, and all will be alright 19:51, 12 June 2014 (UTC)

One obvious problem[edit]

The maths wouldn't work out.

The population of the US is 325 million; assuming that a quarter are women 20-45, and all are married, and producing a healthy child every year and are Christian ...and basic maths, Fibonnaci numbers and Thomas Malthus suggest that there will be slightly too many people within a few decades, even allowing for deaths. (Is there a convenient 'number cruncher' website to calculate the figures?) Anna Livia (talk) 18:59, 12 February 2018 (UTC)

The one obvious problem is that the author is a demented gibbon. WilderBicycle 19:19, 12 February 2018 (UTC)
As has been said elsewhere - those who claim that humans are not related to 'apes and monkeys etc' are the people said apes and monkeys etc would not wish to be related to if they had a say in the matter.
Anything else I should have included (although I will respond to gibbons with [1]')? Are my numbers reasonable (not being a statistical/actuarial person). Anna Livia (talk) 13:21, 13 February 2018 (UTC)

Anyone care to do the number-crunching - or provide the numbers so it can be done? Anna Livia (talk) 16:24, 6 June 2019 (UTC)

Why is the Kindle version a fraction of the price of the reprocessed-wooden version? (I am as in favour of saving the trees as most RWians.) Anna Livia (talk) 17:49, 21 February 2018 (UTC)

This is both racist and sexist - admit it[edit]

If a white man wrote something this bad, would you be laughing?

I'm not laughing, it's more pity, if it is real - and worry if it's a bizarre "parody" by some right-wing racist wingnut. — Unsigned, by: / talk / contribs

I fail to see your point. Cosmikdebris (talk) 14:40, 6 June 2019 (UTC)
Persons of all genders, worldviews and races #do# write as bad or worse - and it is RW's self-appointed task to mock them equally. Anna Livia (talk) 16:23, 6 June 2019 (UTC)
