Fun talk:Fluffer

My first wiki article. I'd be grateful for any help in tidying it up. In particular, I wanted to link the last line to "Goat"Crookedmouth 03:50, 3 July 2008 (EDT)

I would suggest moving it to fun space, as it's all conservapedia stuff. --*Gen. S.T. Shrink* Get to the bunker 03:57, 3 July 2008 (EDT)

Which part of the last line did you want to link? If, for instance, you wanted to link the last three words "fulfil similar roles" then you would do it like this. [[goat | fulfil similar roles]] which would give you fulfil similar roles. That " | " is sometimes needed (I think) when you are linking things which the software can't easily tell apart. If it's just two words then it's not needed. Hope it helps.Bobbing up 07:21, 3 July 2008 (EDT)
Nothing personal, but I think this just screams juvenile mocking... it's like a whole article created to imply that Schlafly and Bugler are gay.... that's the kind of stuff that makes 13 year old laugh.... I personally think it should be deleted, but that's just my opinion. SirChuckBObama/Biden? 2012 07:57, 3 July 2008 (EDT)
Juvenile? I guess that can live with that. Would it be better off in "Fun", as suggested? I don't know how to move it myself so be my guest. If it has to be deleted, then I suppose I'll have to get all serious & do something a bit more boring. Crookedmouth 08:04, 3 July 2008 (EDT)
In the well-known internet tradition of "be nice to newbies" I vote for "fun". Hey, it's his first article - are we just going to burn it?--Bobbing up 08:11, 3 July 2008 (EDT)
Crookedmouth, I moved it Fluffer to Fun:Fluffer. Right? As you are new, there's also another popular namespace besides Fun:, called Essay:. Use it if you prefer other users not to mess with your article. (Editor at) CP:no intelligence allowed 08:23, 3 July 2008 (EDT)
Thanks Ed... or in the style of teh Arsefly "Great job Editor at CP!! I really admire your movements!!" Crookedmouth 14:11, 3 July 2008 (EDT)

Making references[edit]

You presently make your references thusly:

They display like this (without the ref <ref>'s)

But if you were to do them link this: <ref>[ Andy says something stupid]</ref>

It would display like this:

Andy says something stupid

Want to play with it?--Bobbing up 09:09, 3 July 2008 (EDT)

Thanks a lot. Will have a go later. Crookedmouth 09:38, 3 July 2008 (EDT)
