November 2nd, right? Or wat? 32℉uzzy; 0℃atPotato (talk/stalk) 03:40, 30 October 2015 (UTC)

What are we going to do in the mean time? 142.124.55.236 (talk) 03:41, 30 October 42015 AQD (UTC)
Asking cuz the current page reads "Nominations for the next moderator election will run: November 2nd" and I'm not sure what "run" is s'pos'd to mean. FuzzyCatPotato!™ (talk/stalk) 03:42, 30 October 2015 (UTC)
I forgot how new some of you are. Nominations begin on the 2nd, and we run for 2 weeks of campaigning before the election, which begins and ends largely based on when somebody who can opens and closes the polls. I'll post an intercom about it sometime on the first. --"Paravant" Talk & Contribs 03:44, 30 October 2015 (UTC)

Just wondering but[edit]

Is nominating a lot of people in one go frowned upon? Am also kinda wondering why the hidden instructions don't use the {{u}} template. 142.124.55.236 (talk) 02:17, 2 November 42015 AQD (UTC)

Some of the people nominated appear not to have been active for a long time (eg. Ty, ATCW). Don't know who did it but it is pretty silly to nominate these people. Tielec01 (talk) 04:32, 2 November 2015 (UTC)
I consider silliness a positive attribute. :) 142.124.55.236 (talk) 04:57, 2 November 42015 AQD (UTC)
I asked Ty and he said no, so there's one of those for you. | In answer to the instructional formatting, because I forgot that that existed. --"Paravant" Talk & Contribs 05:00, 2 November 2015 (UTC)

Wouldn't[edit]

It be easier to have a section for nommed-and-accepted, nommed-and-not-answered, and nommed-and-rejected vs bolding or strikethroughing? FuzzyCatPotato!™ (talk/stalk) 04:53, 2 November 2015 (UTC)

Moving names around sounds like more of a job than bolding and strikethroughing, to be honest. 142.124.55.236 (talk) 04:58, 2 November 42015 AQD (UTC)
They get moved around later, maybe, or maybe not. It's just easier to do it this way, it's how we've done it the last million elections and I see no reason to change now --"Paravant" Talk & Contribs 05:00, 2 November 2015 (UTC)
But can you taste the revolution? Herr FuzzyKatzenPotato (talk/stalk) 05:01, 2 November 2015 (UTC)
As an incumbent candidate who plans to run on the exact same platform of promised benefits that won't come and to otherwise do the least possible modding I can, The revolution is clearly not for me :P --"Paravant" Talk & Contribs 05:02, 2 November 2015 (UTC)
What will this governmental reorganisation do to the deficit? Carpetsmoker (talk) 14:56, 2 November 2015 (UTC)
