As they would say on Wikipedia - this article does not assert notability. Mei (talk) 02:26, 23 April 2010 (UTC)

yes, fails RW:N, which i just made up. Um, merge with a Revelation-themed article somewhere? Totnesmartin (talk) 20:32, 23 April 2010 (UTC)

The argument for the article is threefold. First, the secular who visit Patmos are puzzled by the incongruity of such ugly delusions experienced in a place of such serene beauty. What the experience prompts is reflection about the weirdness of religious revelation. Second, places are both important and real. Geographic ignorance seems especially common these days, espcially among people who access the world largely through a computer interface. Detaching events from their physical contexts may lead to misunderstanding. Third, eliminating the article surrenders the subject matter to the respectful treatment of religion it will be given at Wikipedia. Thorvelden (talk) 14:47, 24 April 2010 (UTC)

I say merge with something. --Onion <talk> 01:09, 2 September 2010 (UTC)
