I don't think it fits the definition particularly well. Conspiracy theories typically involve an "official version" (Oswald acted alone/Neil Armstrong walked on the moon) which is in conflict with the "true facts" (the CIA killed Kennedy/the Moon landings were faked). I don't think sedevacantists necessarily allege, say, any hidden irregularities in the papal election process, just that Ratso doesn't wear the Triple Crown or that he is a "Modernist" (snigger) based on views that are not as crazy as they would hope. The head of the Coptic Church of Alexandria is just a humble man not pretending to be Universal Pontiff. It's just the official title of his position reads “Pope and Lord Archbishop of the Great City of Alexandria and Patriarch of all Africa on the Holy Apostolic Holy See of St. Mark the Evangelist and Holy Apostle”. He also has honorary titles of the "Universal Judge of the Holy Apostolic and Catholic Church" and "the Thirteenth among the Holy Apostles" etc. Interestingly, there are three more Popes of Alexandria: one Eastern Orthodox and two Eastern Catholic (in communion with Rome).
