Talk:Tara McCarthy
Name[edit]
Is 'Tara McCarthy' her real name? Can anyone investigate this? Aza (talk) 22:52, 25 August 2017 (UTC)
I just found this "Rational Wiki" on the internet and find it highly indecent. I find the content here to be offensive to Tara McCarthy which I have perceived as a investigative journalist and reporter of wrongdoings. She seems very balanced, respectful and well mannered. She has the right to her conservative views. She has the right to express free speech. To attack her as - basically a Nazi - is unfair and I suppose this Rational Wiki site is leftist propaganda.. this is sad for it appears at first sight as an objective platform. — Unsigned, by: 82.192.224.70 / talk / contribs
- Not sure how McCarthy is "balanced and respectful" when she has made statements such as wanting to drown refugees and supporting violence & forced repatriation for "non-whites". She's a Nazi nutjob.MrsBlintz (talk) 14:11, 29 March 2018 (UTC)
So in short your saying, I THOUGHT THIS WAS RATIONAL WIKI!!!!!Doublethink (talk) 02:33, 28 November 2018 (UTC)
I remember her from way back when she had only 100 subs and did vids on antinatalism/veganism under the name "ThinkVegan". Her real name was Tara Hanrahan then, she married some bodybuilder type named Cory McCarthy who is also active on social media Mess5000 (talk) 21:36, 16 June 2019 (UTC)
I would argue that anyone who has actively sought a presence as an internet “personality” or blogger harboring such extremes of viewpoints on opposite sides of some sort of wacky ideological spectrum could best be defined as simply a troll. I must admit that I feel some sort of discomfort with the mere existence of this entry on rationalwiki simply because her MO suggests that she is in this game solely for attention and notoriety. Given that she has zero credentials lending any significance to any of her words or ideas, and is notable only for being one of many “red pilled” women who seem to be advocating for the denial of their own agency, it seems to me that maybe deplatforming (or just ignoring) her might be in order? Tara is not an American citizen[edit]
Instead, she's naturalizing via marriage. Fucking immigrants. FU22YC47P07470 (talk/stalk) 02:30, 28 December 2017 (UTC)

I've now added a small section on her change in views. Pre-2015 she was opposed to human procreation arguing it is immoral, now though she promotes white woman to breed more and criticises feminists and a Jewish conspiracy theory for reducing white birth/fertility rates. Neanderthal - Eurasians[edit]
Note: In reality, Neanderthals represent just 1-3% of Eurasian genomes (a number that differs wildly among individuals)
This is a common misunderstanding of the science. Europeans have 1-5 percent exclusive Neanderthal genes which is about the equivalence of having a great great great grandfather who was 100 percent Neanderthal. but that's just exclusive dna, Europeans are 99.7percent genetically the same as Neanderthals.
in comparison Europeans only have .3percent of exclusive dna of homo sapiens.
not just this but much other research and study of history points to the fact that Europeans are the descendants of the Neanderthals of Europe

Golden's edit[edit]
@Golden Why are you quoting an apparently random Twitter user (@oliveratlantis) as a source? It's also a circular reference since this RationalWiki article is quoting someone citing the very same article. CowHouse (talk) 06:45, 16 October 2018 (UTC)
