Talk:Trepanation
Recent BoN edit[edit]
This actually added relevant information, but I have to agree that it was inserted in the wrong place, making it a borderline non sequitur (and also that fallacy where… uh… something about throwing in random semi-relevant details where they don't quite belong… I can't recall the specifics or the name right now…). Like, trepanations usually only involving one small hole might be worth mentioning, but it would be worth mentioning while talking about a typical trepanation procedure, not while giving a basic overview of the subject. I dunno, I just… I'm not sure about rejecting that edit out of hand, though I do think it wasn't done properly. (Or maybe it's something for Wikipedia to talk about and RationalWiki doesn't even need to mention it — I didn't see much about how trepanations are done on our page.) Thoughts? Second opinions? --Luigifan18 (talk) 14:23, 14 September 2024 (UTC)
