2025 RationalWiki 'Oregon Plan' Fundraiser

There is no RationalWiki without you. We are a small non-profit with no staff—we are hundreds of volunteers who document pseudoscience and crankery around the world every day. We will never allow ads because we must remain independent. We cannot rely on big donors with corresponding big agendas. We are not the largest website around, but we believe we play an important role in defending truth and objectivity.

Fighting pseudoscience isn't free.
We are 100% user-supported! Help and donate $5, $10, $20 or whatever you can today with PayPal Logo.png!
Donations so far: $6477.98Goal: $10000

BrainMop.png As a confirmed mustard jar for taking on this job as a Sysop on RationalWiki: I, Theace, pledge to only block users if they ask for it, or insert unfunny vandalism.
I furthermore pledge that if I indulge in secret private conversations about you, we will make a formal report to the mob. Is that all?
If you impugn my motives without warrant, or challenge my "AUTHORITY", er, there is nothing I can or will do.

Theace; portmanteau of Thea and Ace. This user is not related to Ace McWicked or any other user with "ace" in the name.

Saving this for later for some reason[edit]

Things I need to do sometime[edit]

  • Continue expanding Alternative for Sweden
  • Create Gatestone Institute, an American anti-muslim conservative think tank. Is mentioned like once, but they have gone viral a few times. Currently in User:Theace/sandbox2.
  • Create a series of articles on Nordic alternate media, like:
    • Fria tider and Granskning Sverige (which is owned by the same company).
    • Nyheter Idag, a "libertarian" newspaper with a focus on politics and gossip. Is owned by Ilan Sadé, who is also the party leader of Medborgerlig samling.
    • Nya Tider, a far-right newspaper with ties to NRM, mostly got attention due to being banned from Gothenburg Book Fair. Expo article.
    • Samhällsnytt and their previous site, Avpixlat.
  • Charles XII of Sweden were a Swedish king and the last king of the "Great Power era" of Sweden. He is very popular among the Swedish far-right, and they celebrate his death on November 30th.
  • I'd like to cover some weird QAnon people, like:
