Hey, you were talking about some "STEM-degree privilege" things or something- I think that we should mention and link to a few of those, if you would be able to find them again? Also, as a side note, would you mind helping me out with this article, please? Thanks. THE GREAT RIGHTEØUS DESTRØYER A sea on earth is a sea of tears 11:11, 1 May 2014 (UTC)
- The blog The New Science Wars does have much material on it, although they've been inactive for some time. And yes, I'll help with the Virus article. --Raysenn Get the paddles, he's having a cancer! 13:26, 5 May 2014 (UTC)

'Not my job'[edit]
It might be helpful to include a section on the phrase "not my job to educate you" which I find coming up a lot among these groups, usually in response to an honest question of "what exactly did I say that was wrong/offensive"? It's extremely obnoxious and kind of defeats the entire purpose of what is supposed to be consciousness raising. Wehpudicabok [話] [変] [留] 16:38, 7 June 2014 (UTC)
- I think I remember seeing someone use that argument in a RationalWiki Facebook group (the new one) thread. It made me wonder if the argument had any merit in some situations (say someone was being gratingly stupid). I don't quite remember who it was (or if they're even an editor here), nor do I recall the context, so I can't say definitively if it was valid or not. In general, though, it seems like a terrible argument which does a better job of turning people off to the idea of social justice entirely than it does to further the cause.
