2025 RationalWiki 'Oregon Plan' Fundraiser

There is no RationalWiki without you. We are a small non-profit with no staff—we are hundreds of volunteers who document pseudoscience and crankery around the world every day. We will never allow ads because we must remain independent. We cannot rely on big donors with corresponding big agendas. We are not the largest website around, but we believe we play an important role in defending truth and objectivity.

Fighting pseudoscience isn't free.

Poorly implemented[edit]

This category should be for people who are actually documented supporters of Putin's war on Ukraine on their individual pages, not a wholesale dumping of pages into here. For example Musk has gone both ways on this (providing vital Starlink to Ukraine, and possibly also interfering in the war against Ukraine), and Nugent has no mention of Putin, Russia or Ukraine on his page. Agreed. If someone is in any category, then their articles should explain why. Pizza SLICE.gifChef Moosolini’s Ristorante ItalianoMake a Reservation 02:48, 5 August 2023 (UTC)
I'm also not sure about the naming; while this is slang and somewhat flexible, vatnik is more typically used for Russians (and connotes mindless puppets fighting for their own slavery along with that of others, i.e. not Putin himself who is too high-status). A category for ruscism/rashism (and maybe also ruscists/rashists) may make more sense as being more general, we don't have so many pages on actual Russians of this sort. --ApooftGnegiol (talk) 13:54, 5 August 2023 (UTC)
Yes, ruscism/rashism would be better than vatnik. Bongolian (talk) 17:13, 5 August 2023 (UTC)
