2025 RationalWiki 'Oregon Plan' Fundraiser

There is no RationalWiki without you. We are a small non-profit with no staff—we are hundreds of volunteers who document pseudoscience and crankery around the world every day. We will never allow ads because we must remain independent. We cannot rely on big donors with corresponding big agendas. We are not the largest website around, but we believe we play an important role in defending truth and objectivity.

Fighting pseudoscience isn't free.
We are 100% user-supported! Help and donate $5, $10, $20 or whatever you can today with PayPal Logo.png!

Roman Albertovich Abalin, commonly known by his online name NFKRZ (pronounced “No fuckers”), is a YouTuber who hails from Russia. His YouTube channel has several million subscribers, and often covers Russia (his former home, which he escaped from after the invasion of Ukraine).

While he started off making gameplay and dank meme videos since 2011,[1] he later transitioned to making video essays about Russian life[2] and popular culture[3] such as with the Dendy line of Famiclone consoles,[4] and more recently on Vladimir Putin's efforts at making Russia a pariah state.[5] In terms of sociopolitical commentary, Roman also engaged in debates with a number of right-wing and alt-right figures like Soph, towards whom he expressed disgust for her political views, especially at such an exceptionally young age as hers.[6]
