Donald Trump of Iran[edit]
Yeah, I don't think an Islamophobic person is going to win any popular support in Iran, a predominantly Muslim country… --Luigifan18 (talk) 16:34, 5 March 2023 (UTC)
- My bad, I should've been specific in stating that I was trying to refer to a hypothetical scenario. To be fair, there was a zoroastrian neo-nazi party that tried to depose Mossadegh (a politician who can be considered the counterpart to Gandhi in Iran due to being an anti imperialist who energized the public against the British). "Businessman"[edit]
It's odd that you list that since none of the people other tRump were in business at all. Arguably, tRump was not either unless one counts the mobster business. Bongolian (talk) 19:08, 12 March 2023 (UTC)
- I thought he was since he collaborated with traditional elites. Rational Dude (talk) 23:11, 9 April 2023 (UTC)
Islamophobia as a characterization.[edit]
While many Trumps of X are definitely Islamophobic as their political environment, I wouldn't say it's required to be a trump of X, take for example Erdoğan, He's the leader of an islamist party and yet you call him a Trump, while fear of an other is required to be a trump, Islamophobia is not necessarily a requirement albeit many trumps are definitely Islamiophobic, and oh if there is going to be an Iranian trump, he's not going to be a Zoroastrian given how small it is in Iran now. — Unsigned, by: 2601:281:D880:DED0:704E:3962:E5B9:E693 / talk / contribs
- I know, I meant it as a hypothetical situation in where fascist zoroastrian nationalists could've ousted the Iranian government and implemented fascist policies. Rational Dude (talk) 06:32, 10 April 2023 (UTC)
