B[edit]

Baramin[edit]

An alleged precursor to present-day species that exists in baraminology.

Baraminology[edit]

A sub-belief of Young Earth creationism which was created to explain how Noah's ark could have been filled with 60 million animals (remember, two of each) by saying that there were actually a couple "kinds", or baramins, from which most species grew out of.

Biblical scientific foreknowledge[edit]

The belief that the Bible predicted truths before they were found to be truths and as such is supreme, therefore YOU MUST OBEY IT BECAUSE IT IS ALWAYS TRUE AND SUFFICE, BY THE HAND OF THE LORD, GOD, WHOSE SAVIOR--

C[edit]

Catastrophic plate tectonics[edit]

An aspect of creationism which states that plate tectonics resulted in catastrophic global resurfacing and flooding. Can be used as a precursor to the Great Flood.

Climate change denial/Global warming denial[edit]

The accusation that climate change, specifically global warming, is fake, not our fault (because we're perfect), and/or not important. In addition, some quacks even believe that climate change exists, and is actually great! What horror excitement!

Chemtrails[edit]

The chemicals apparently emitted by planes as part of a giant secret conspiracy by the Deep State to do something bad.

Creationism[edit]

The belief that Earth was created at some point in history. One who believes in creationism is called a creationist. There are two major types of creationism: Old Earth creationism, and Young Earth creationism.

Creation science[edit]

A warped version of "science" generally not considered true science which attempts to explain the world while also advocating creationism. Creation science is a complete mess (thanks to you, Kent), and filled with scientific loopholes and problems that make it unfeasible for the real world.

F[edit]

Flood geology[edit]

A warped version of geology that is part of creation science which says that the global flood actually happened, despite its only evidence being a book, and tries to explain geology while also advocating the existence of the flood.

G[edit]

Global flood[edit]

An important aspect of creationism and creation science which states that there was a large flood which wiped out everyone and everything on Earth, spare for eight people and two of every animal, all brought on an ark by a man named Noah, who was apparently told by God to build an ark and get people and animals on it.

H[edit]

Hydroplate theory[edit]

An aspect of creation science which was created for the sole reason of explaining how the giant Earth-covering flood could happen. It states that water was placed in between the Earth's crust and mantle. Apparently, people subscribe to this theory, despite common sense making it practically impossible for water to exist between a rock (the mantle) and a hard place (the crust). It would probably just evaporate. Take that, hydroplates!

M[edit]

Manufactroversy[edit]

A controversy deliberately made to stir the minds of generally quack-vulnerable people endlessly and promote the theories of one or more person(s).

O[edit]

Old Earth creationism[edit]

A form of creationism which states that Earth was created a long time ago. Generally considered the less crazy and better type of creationism.

S[edit]

Soft-sediment deformation[edit]

The theory that rocks can only be deformed if they are wet and soft. We'll leave this one up to you...

Something bad[edit]

An incredibly nefarious and horrible, yet completely unknown and vague thing perpetuated by The Powers That Be for some other incredibly nefarious, horrible, and completely unknown and vague reason.

Y[edit]

Young Earth creationism[edit]

A form of creationism which states that Earth was created 6000 years ago in a period of six days, presumably with God pulling off five all-nighters in a row. (Impressive!) Generally considered the more crazy and worse type of creationism.
