Fun talk:Male long hair syndrome
Shouldn't this be ACD? And shouldn't there be a reference to "long haired freaky people"? --Kels 13:39, 20 July 2007 (CDT)
Oh, and by way of weird trivia, intellectuals and lovers of classical music were called "longhairs", and when I was a kid (probably still) the term survived in, of all places, Archie comics. --Kels 13:43, 20 July 2007 (CDT)
Perhaps an application to be considered a long haired freaky person? Or would they need not apply?--MountainTiger 13:45, 20 July 2007 (CDT)
- Can you stuff your hair up under your hat? --Kels 13:51, 20 July 2007 (CDT)
- whenever I take off my hat I say "imagine that --me working for you." it must me some kind of sign that takes up the scenery and messes my mind. Exasperate me!Sheesh!I said what? 13:58, 20 July 2007 (CDT)
- Beats the heck out of tipping your hat to this lady, son, and getting laughed at by some guy with green teeth. --Kels 14:00, 20 July 2007 (CDT)
- Folks you may not know it but Kel is a spy. He (or she . . . sorry . . . not judging . . . just guessing) is an undercover with the FBI. [insert gender specific pronoun] even has a Bush poster hung in

Oh and 'bearded intellectuals' is another cliche. If there is a lesson in this its that sterotypical smart people are hairy. Spread the word. Exasperate me!Sheesh!I said what? 13:58, 20 July 2007 (CDT)
- And glasses. A tasteful combination of long hair, beard and glasses certainly represents the top of the smartness scale. --AKjeldsenGodspeed! 14:01, 20 July 2007 (CDT)
- Don't forget the pipe. A finely carved wooden pipe, to be puffed whilst listening to the enlightened discourse of one's fellows, increases IQ by 10%.--MountainTiger 14:37, 20 July 2007 (CDT)
The Norm[edit]
By its own definition this article states that long hair (for men) is when it is longer than 'the norm' but then later goes on to cite Jebus who did not have long hair since it was consistent with the norm. Please change one or the other. ollïegrïnd 14:06, 20 July 2007 (CDT)

- Never mind, I've found out that the website makes it have only 1 capital letter. Disregard! YB 17:20, 21 July 2007 (CDT)
Nature eh?[edit]
"Doth not even nature itself teach you, that, if a man have long hair, it is a shame unto him? But if a woman have long hair, it is a glory to her." (1 Corinthians 11: 14-15). What, like lions perhaps? XD prettydilettantelies 14:27, 22 July 2007 (CDT)
