2025 RationalWiki 'Oregon Plan' Fundraiser

There is no RationalWiki without you. We are a small non-profit with no staff—we are hundreds of volunteers who document pseudoscience and crankery around the world every day. We will never allow ads because we must remain independent. We cannot rely on big donors with corresponding big agendas. We are not the largest website around, but we believe we play an important role in defending truth and objectivity.

Fighting pseudoscience isn't free.
We are 100% user-supported! Help and donate $5, $10, $20 or whatever you can today with PayPal Logo.png!

The ONE Channel is a Canadian TV channel with mostly New Age-related shows. Some examples of its alternative-oriented programming include shows promoting alternative medicine[1][2] (including one promoting the idea that it can cure incurable illnesses),[3] Feng Shui,[4] conspiracy theories,[5] and psychics.[6] It has some good programming, such as yoga[7] and Tai Chi programs, and talks from ideaCity.[8] (which is basically the Canadian version of TED Talks)

This channel is in no way associated with the identically named ONE channel in Australia (owned by the TEN network), which is primarily devoted to sports, bad reality shows, and occasional re-runs of old shows like COPS- in other words, the same as pretty much every non-pay Australian TV channel.
