2025 RationalWiki 'Oregon Plan' Fundraiser

There is no RationalWiki without you. We are a small non-profit with no staff—we are hundreds of volunteers who document pseudoscience and crankery around the world every day. We will never allow ads because we must remain independent. We cannot rely on big donors with corresponding big agendas. We are not the largest website around, but we believe we play an important role in defending truth and objectivity.

Fighting pseudoscience isn't free.
We are 100% user-supported! Help and donate $5, $10, $20 or whatever you can today with PayPal Logo.png!

Um...?[edit]

As much as I enjoy a good snarky article about a mythical artifact, like the Holy Grail, this one seems to lack any suggestion that it might just be fictional. -- Seth Peck (talk) 15:19, 6 June 2012 (UTC)

The Ark is buried in Glastonbury where Joseph of Arimathea buried it - which is why the tree grew (and what the hymn 'Rock of Ages' actually refers to). Merlin retrieved Excalibur and then took it to Egypt in a complicated 'game of swapsies' involving several out of place artifacts and the Shroud of Turin. 86.146.100.35 (talk) 22:30, 17 November 2016 (UTC)
