2025 RationalWiki 'Oregon Plan' Fundraiser

There is no RationalWiki without you. We are a small non-profit with no staff—we are hundreds of volunteers who document pseudoscience and crankery around the world every day. We will never allow ads because we must remain independent. We cannot rely on big donors with corresponding big agendas. We are not the largest website around, but we believe we play an important role in defending truth and objectivity.

Fighting pseudoscience isn't free.
We are 100% user-supported! Help and donate $5, $10, $20 or whatever you can today with PayPal Logo.png!

The "Delete" tag imma install on this...[edit]

Drive-by unreferenced hack job on a living person that isn't really relevant to our mission goals. P-Foster (talk) 20:22, 3 July 2010 (UTC)

Merge to Citizendium - everything in it is actually relevant, particularly the sucking up to academia despite failure therein - David Gerard (talk) 00:01, 4 July 2010 (UTC)
Agree with David Gerard. We could make a section about it in Citizendium and redirect it there. IMO, Sanger is certainly a crank, especially when one considers the mission of Citizendium ("expert" opinions, etc.). Conservative Punk (talk) 01:12, 4 July 2010 (UTC)
Added to relevant section in Citizendium - David Gerard (talk) 01:18, 4 July 2010 (UTC)
Excellent and thank you all. P-Foster (talk) 01:46, 4 July 2010 (UTC)

Better than this?[edit]

His pic is captioned as a personal insult against his looks. This is completely meaningless and low effort. If you're going to do articles on people in a serious way, are we really in the business of just calling people ugly as a criticism? BumblingBuffoon (talk) 15:55, 18 June 2022 (UTC)

I agree. I've changed it. Bongolian (talk) 16:08, 18 June 2022 (UTC)
