A first[edit]
OK, that seems to be a first. They're pissed at us and this page hasn't even gotten out of draftspace yet. A citation on the moderator claim is certainly needed. Bongolian (talk) 20:55, 29 January 2023 (UTC)
- Looks like the former (now banned) mod "axolotl_peyotl" actually made it into a DailyDot article, which (while not perfect) is a decent enough source for any claims at least for that account, IMHO. For instance, the claim that this mod promoted a Dennis Wise revisionist-history "documentary" on Adolf Hitler can be verified pretty easily thanks to a link within that article.
- The only thing I've found so far in relation to Timothy McVeigh is this mod just seems to love fake conspiracy-affirming "documentaries" (he posted a link to a revisionist-history "documentary" on the Oklahoma City bombing in 2018 or so.)
- Judging on this thread there was a significant amount of people who were very pissed at him for being unflinchingly hard-right political. A lot of the conspiracy crowd "back in the good old days" was either apolitical (UFOs and shit), anti-political (pissed at all politics, not just one party), or even a little hippie-leftie (New Age/Pleiadians/etc.). I guess some of that still remains even in the Donald Trump era. BobJohnson (talk) 02:39, 30 January 2023 (UTC)
