Wait, wait, wait - so in order to "starve the beast", you should reduce taxes, which will reduce revenue leading to reduced spending. However, right-wing supply-siders use the Laffer Curve to make the argument that reducing taxes will increase revenue. So, we have two right-wing theories that propose two different outcomes for the same thing. I'm starting to get the feeling that these right-wing talking points might be bullshit... Starving only some beasts[edit]

These people seem to be fine with vastly overinflated military and law enforcement budgets for some reason. Wouldn't it be more ideologically consistent, if they were truly (right) libertarian, to oppose inflated budgets on all fronts, not just the ones that benefit the working class?
