Water poisoning[edit]
"Approximately 359,000 people die of DHMO poisoning every year. [bla bla source material woohoo!]"
While this reference to drowning is quite humourous, it isn't strictly accurate: water poisoning is a real thing and can be fatal, but drowning is not water poisoning.— Unsigned, by: PacWalker / talk / contribs

Inaccurate name[edit]
You might have heard that Dihydrogen monoxide is not, technically speaking, a proper standard scientific term. But today I found out that "hydroxylic acid" certainly is! At least, I think so; information is conflicting. Regardless, I much prefer it. —Kazitor 07:02, 18 August 2018 (UTC)
