2025 RationalWiki 'Oregon Plan' Fundraiser

There is no RationalWiki without you. We are a small non-profit with no staff—we are hundreds of volunteers who document pseudoscience and crankery around the world every day. We will never allow ads because we must remain independent. We cannot rely on big donors with corresponding big agendas. We are not the largest website around, but we believe we play an important role in defending truth and objectivity.

Fighting pseudoscience isn't free.

"They are known for hosting alt-right, anti-Semitic, and racist content. "

Is this a trait specific for them? I thought they host a lot of stuff, but some gunk gets gathered. Overall, this really isn't an article about GoDaddy, but rather what stuff the happen to host. Not sure if it's useful to write it like this. --It's-a me, Lgm sigpic.png LeftyGreenMario! 21:02, 29 October 2018 (UTC)

The article is not complete, needs expansion but it just deals with controversies. GoDaddy currently hosts and has hosted a lot of racist violent material, it currently hosts Rightpedia and several other racist websites (not yet mentioned on the article). Compared to other hosting companies their content policies are very poor and have been criticized by the mainstream media. There is a lot of criticism at the moment in the media about GoDaddy in relation to Gab and previously The Daily Stormer. There is already a long Wikipedia entry for GoDaddy, no point in regurgitating that. Loner (talk) 21:11, 29 October 2018 (UTC)
Sure, maybe we can do a run-down on the comparisons with other companies? --It's-a me, Lgm sigpic.png LeftyGreenMario! 21:15, 29 October 2018 (UTC)
