What is claimed is that paying for the certification funds Islamic terrorism because, well, they said so. Instead of things proven over decades to fund terrorism like oil. The same type of thing was used as a canard previously for funding conspiracies by Jews. Nationalist movements often don't acknowledge higher political institutions as holding (legitimate) authority over them. E.g. Catalonian nationalists want independence from Spain, UKIPers wanna get out of the EU. Aggrieved article subjects

Email from someone claiming to be Ralph Cerminara:

Both users are putting up false articles on our wiki, how do we stop this?

Weaseloid put back the blankings [1][2] and Owlman locked the article.

So! The subjects dispute those two images. The Stormfront screenshot, that's Stormfront's approbation. Are we sure the first is a Reclaim member?

At least two news stories use the image of the guy with the tattooed head in articles about people from outside the movement hijacking a recent rally.
