Talk:Robin Falkov
Sorry[edit]
Sorry, I tried to add references and I (somehow) managed to screw it up, though I added as much snark as I could dish out. Robin Falkov certainly earned it--Rationalzombie94 (talk) 02:00, 29 January 2017 (UTC)
- That's cool, but the article cannot be left with just one source. And you made it. So please, dig them back up buddy. That'd be swell. All the best, Reverend Black Percy (talk) 02:04, 29 January 2017 (UTC)
- I added a few more references--Rationalzombie94 (talk) 02:23, 29 January 2017 (UTC)
- Great stuff! Keep up the good work, don't stop now! Reverend Black Percy (talk) 02:27, 29 January 2017 (UTC)

Death[edit]
Falkov died yesterday, 3 March 2019, of colon cancer which was first diagnosed in 2012. I suggest this page be deleted. Ithaca8 (talk) 14:40, 4 March 2019 (UTC)
- Is her material still online? Unless her next of kin decided to pull everything official and DMCA a lot of everything else, I think it should stay up as a reference. We should note that she passed though.
- If you still believe this page should be deleted, I'd recommend opening up a new AFD for it, rather than just talking about it here.ℕoir LeSable (talk) 15:07, 4 March 2019 (UTC)
- Would we not just edit it to the past tense and _maybe_ remove it from any nav bars. Just because she died doesn't mean any effect she had on the world just poofed out of existence. Other quacks might still quote her or base their ideas on hers for some time to come. Féinléiriú (talk) 15:35, 4 March 2019 (UTC)
- > De mortuis nil nisi bonum dicenda est Plenty of dead people documented here with plenty of snark, you'll be busy. I don't care about either way. Féinléiriú (talk) 17:21, 4 March 2019 (UTC)
- Crap. Once dead they can't sue so up the snark if justified. Scream!! (talk) 17:37, 4 March 2019 (UTC)
- Also is it normal to just overwrite other people's entries in a talk page? Maybe don't do that. Make a new section instead. (deleting the living persons' tag was fine). --Féinléiriú (talk) 18:04, 4 March 2019 (UTC)

Yer right, I added some stuph back. Ithaca8 (talk) 18:15, 4 March 2019 (UTC)
- I've done both. Proposed deletion and also changed tenses. NOTE THAT as all web references will soon expire, the article will shortly be set adrift from its citations. Is this what we want? Ithaca8 (talk) 16:30, 5 March 2019 (UTC)
- If the article sticks around, then we should consider switching to Wayback Machine links, where possible. ℕoir LeSable (talk) 17:09, 5 March 2019 (UTC)
- I put a note next to the website link mentioning that the link was dead (pun intended). --Rationalzombie94 (talk) 21:28, 27 March 2019 (UTC)

Reorganization[edit]
I had reorganized the page a bit, I felt it was in order plus an extra dose of snark with it.--Rationalzombie94 (talk) 01:11, 3 February 2017 (UTC)
Gary Leggiere[edit]
Gary Leggiere, a.k.a. The Mad Martian, is a former colleague of Richard Hoagland. They had a falling-out in 2003 over a TV show called UFO Diaries. Gary accuses Robin Falkov of having posed as his primary care physician in an attempt to have him committed. This is such a serious accusation that it should not be in the article without substantial additional corroboration. At one time I had some links on this but that was 2 computers ago. Anybody got anything? Ithaca8 (talk) 17:44, 3 March 2017 (UTC)
