This article is nonsense garbage. Someone is mad that babies are identified by their biological sex now? Oh please. Chef Moosolini’s Ristorante ItalianoMake a Reservation 22:45, 7 March 2023 (UTC)
- Well, that's part of the point isn't it? It isn't just their sex which gets assigned, babies are also assigned a gender. That's not a problem for the babies while they are dumb little flesh nuggets, but once the some of those people grow up enough to experience gender dysphoria that gender they got assigned becomes a problem they didn't ask for. - “biological sex” isn’t identified via observation it’s inferred. Appearance of external genitalia is just one of many ways to make that inference and it isn’t always reliable. The American Medical Association currently supports not disclosing sex assigned at birth on public documents due to it’s use for discrimination against trans and intersex individuals. If you actually read a biology textbook you would learn that “biological sex” isn’t defined on the basis of how the genitals appear but rather the size of the gametes the organism produces. Not every child who is born with penis necessarily will go on to produce spermatozoa, and neither will every child born with vulva produce ova. - Only Sort of Dumb (talk) 17:45, 8 March 2023 (UTC)
