Skepiko forum[edit]
This article has been noticed by the skeptiko crew in less than 24hours, what this means is that the skeptiko users clearly spend much of their time viewing rationalwiki link Forests (talk) 06:33, 12 December 2012 (UTC)
- It's interesting that they're claiming to be above us because we're insulting them by pointing out the complete load of shit they say, and then turn around and insult us. People are weird.--Just relax, and stay funny (talk) 06:59, 12 December 2012 (UTC)
- I have not insulted anyone on the article, I just pointed out the facts but obviously they can not handle truth. The forum is made up of creationists with no science education. The website was set up in an attempt to prove Christian theism by refuting materialism. Most of the users on that site are very anti-science. Forests (talk) 19:19, 12 December 2012 (UTC)
- "what this means is that the skeptiko users clearly spend much of their time viewing rationalwiki". Umm, no, apparently, the OP of that thread (Alexander1304) was alerted to its existence by this comment to Michael Prescott's reaction to his article here.--ZooGuard (talk) 19:33, 12 December 2012 (UTC)
- It's actually kind of hard to imagine many YEC's spending much time here. And if they do drop in they would be welcome to explain where they feel our articles are wrong on our talk pages. (Hi guys!)--Bob"I thought this was supposed to be "Rational" Wiki?." 10:54, 13 December 2012 (UTC)
- What Bob said, though I must admit that I love those days when authentic cranks show up here with the intent of trying to change our minds. Those are some the moments that make me love RationalWiki most. Reckless Noise Symphony (talk) 11:31, 13 December 2012 (UTC)

- None of it makes any sense, as I said nowhere in the article did I personally attack anyone, I just pointed out their beliefs are very far away from reality and contain no scientific evidence. You see posts like this on their forum with members claiming evolution is false and that giants from the Bible are real. Of course it is in there view "irrational" if we pick up on this and criticise such views as pseudoscience. Forests (talk) 19:13, 15 December 2012 (UTC)
Akashic Records[edit]
- Here is Alexander1304's latest contribution to the Skeptiko forum Akashic Records I mean can you UNDERSTAND a word of that? And this is the guy accusing rationalwiki members of being trolls or "irrational". These people actually think they are scientific; where is the scientific evidence for the existence of the Akashic Records? Do these people really believe in this stuff? It is hard to know if it is trolling or not. Forests (talk) 22:41, 13 December 2012 (UTC)
- He was accusing RationalWiki because of a specific article, written in a specific way, by a specific user. The "troll" accusation was also aimed at the same user. Don't try to conscript us in your wars, please.--ZooGuard (talk) 11:32, 14 December 2012 (UTC)
Edit war[edit]
I see no evidence of discussion at all, how about starting it then? Tmtoulouse (talk) 18:31, 15 December 2012 (UTC)
- I don't understand why all the stuff was deleted and now there is no criticism hardly at all on the article and no references, it needs to be made clear on the article about some of the stuff they are actually promoting such as creationism and ectoplasm. What was the reason for deleting everything? This has not been made clear anywhere, I have no problem with the current lead that is good. I just do not understand deletion of 90% of the article and all the references. Forests (talk) 18:49, 15 December 2012 (UTC)
What Happened?[edit]
All our hard work crapcanned and for what reason? Becusae Forest was being a douche'? lol Or becuase he can't spell "SkepTiko? LOL Oh well. MAJOR LULZ eveshi (talk) 18:13, 2 June 2013 (UTC)
Why the quick archive?[edit]
Is this Forests burning his tracks again?--Weirdstuff (talk) 20:06, 7 June 2013 (UTC)
- You need to sign your comments. Also it's quite clear you are trying to cause an argument by pasting in accusations about another user, that's not helping the article. Glasgow boy (talk) 22:57, 9 June 2013 (UTC)
That archive has no use, it should be brought back to this talkpage. ħuman 05:06, 10 June 2013 (UTC)
- According to MuChungs perverted first edit on this page (which was removed) he wrote "Twit me I love hard cock! Darryl HOMO Forests" and he linked to this abusive twitter account which seems to be attacking both forests and the real eveshi, [1]. What the hell is all this about? Glasgow boy (talk) 15:58, 10 June 2013 (UTC)
I was a long time sceptical member on the Mind-Energy forum, I now post on the JREF forum. I can confirm that MU is probably behind some of the sockpuppets, Jacob the admin has a list of his banning and his IP addresses, he was banned for sexual abuse. Sandy B also likes to stir trouble up for people. — Unsigned, by: Scott / talk / contribs
- Nobody cares, and right now I am sorely tempted to delete this page and salt the earth so that it and the losers who edit it never appear in my recent changes ever again. Faced with mysteries dark and vast/statements just seem vain at last. 22:03, 10 June 2013 (UTC)
- Please do delete the page, you get my full support. Glasgow boy (talk) 22:27, 10 June 2013 (UTC)
- Is there any reason this article was locked? The way it was written is beyond ridiculous. Obviously some guy had some sort of vendetta against the forum and has made a tonne of stuff up. Apparition (talk) 09:00, 11 November 2013 (UTC)
- I apologize, I wrote the article as kind of spoof... I'm not editing this website anymore... I don't have a problem with your edits. Take care. David1234 (talk) 09:33, 11 November 2013 (UTC)
- (EC) No idea why it was locked, but the looking through the edit history, it was unwarranted. Reckless Noise Symphony (talk) 09:34, 11 November 2013 (UTC)
- Wow something on this talk page. What is it with people wiping this talk page the moment it opens?--Bob"I think you'll find it's more complicated than that." 20:30, 13 November 2013 (UTC)
- Even if there were potentially determination and classification issues regarding overlapping LD and OBE states - which I personally have never experienced such confusion due to several absolute differences between the two - who cares? If you are a semi- experienced OBEr, the dynamic, life-changing OBE quickly becomes your only focus.

- The rest of the dream states imo ime are distractions. Fun like roller coasters and equally important in the overview of spiritual growth.
- OBE/astral travel is about highest level learning and when one alters and focuses their consciousness outside of the material plane, everything else drifts off in importance. Forests Tyler Snotgern MU (talk) 17:22, 15 November 2013 (UTC)
- And how exactly is this related to the posts you are replying to?--ZooGuard (talk) 18:13, 15 November 2013 (UTC)
- It's an impersonation/troll account. I do know Forests, he invited me to this website, we hold some of the same interests but I am more skeptical than he is. MU was originally trolling Forests, but Forests apologized to MU for his comments and has made peace with MU and they became friends. Lots of the stuff that people accused MU of doing has turned out to be false and Forests has apologized. The person doing the impersonations is trying to stir up trouble for them and has done this on various websites including this one on various names. I don't know who it is but both Forests and MU are not liked by believers or skeptics, so it could someone they have annoyed (both Forests and MU were members of the Skeptiko forum but were banned). Forests is a militant skeptic of mediumship but endorses dowsing and ESP, theistic evolution etc (but argues they all have a naturalistic explanation), he does not fit in with the paranormal believer or skeptic camp and it greatly confuses people so in response they usually end up trolling him, and skeptics such have Jon Donnis have done this. Forests has retired from the debunking business, and only researches the subject occasionally he told me. As for Tyler Snotgern, he is a member from the skeptiko forum [2] not sure who he is and not bothered. You could easily delete this article if it is causing trouble for you. Alex Tsakiris has an article, so not much would be lost. Best. David1234 (talk) 03:08, 16 November 2013 (UTC)

Tyler Snotgern is MU, you can tell because he's the only person on the forum to refer to Bible quotes and to something called "The Od" (Odic force) which is a name he used before Jon Donnis exposed it [3]. The Od is a name taken from the Catholic priest Johannes Greber to refer to some kind of spiritual fluid, probably influenced by Carl von Reichenbach's work on the "Odic force". Alex the admin of the skeptiko forum has unbanned any users who were previously banned, so technically anyone is welcome on the forum including trolls such as Jon Donnis, Forests and Eveshi, so MU is not breaking any rules. It wouldn't surprise me if Eveshi, MU etc were the same person. They are most likely sock-puppets of Craig Weiler and his companion Rome Viharo. Interesting Ian (talk) 05:11, 19 November 2013 (UTC)
- Nope I'm not MU. MU used to fake me on the internet but he stopped doing it, like he has stopped faking Forests. There's peace all around now so the person behind these sock-puppets is just trying to stir trouble each of us. MU, Forests and myself are all innocent. We have all gone our separate ways and made peace. Weiler is not involved with it, neither is Viharo. The person who has a notorious internet history is Jon Donnis, he's been banned on even skeptic forums for insulting people and for fake accounts, now I am not saying all this trolling is him but he has played part of it. He claims to be the number one skeptic and to own people. But he is a pseudoskeptic, for example he claims various paranormal phenomena are impossible before even researching them. Donnis has abused Forests, MU and myself. He insults both believers and skeptics. I'm not going to insult Donnis but he does spend his time arguing with people on the internet. I will archive this page to stop further vandals posting conspiracy theories. Eveshis (talk) 05:50, 19 November 2013 (UTC)
Paranormal does not exist, skeptiko lot are wrong[edit]
I don't have any faith and I don't believe in anything. Science is not about belief. Anything "paranormal" or "supernatural" is impossible it doesn't exist. There is only nature and the natural laws of the universe, there is no magic or mysticism. Anyone who believes in anything "paranormal" has been duped. There is not a shred of evidence for anything magical. Magic is illusion, all pro magicians can replicate supposed "paranormal" feats. It is all sleight of hand and illusion. Everything has a naturalistic explanation. Nothing paranormal exists. It is magical thinking and anti-science to believe otherwise. Only humans do this, the human brain is attracted to the unknown and the "mysterious" check out the believing brain by Michael Shermer. In short people believe in the paranormal to make themselves feel special or because they have something missing in their life, they are not happy with the natural universe and what is around them, so they have to feed off superstition and fantasies which do not exist in reality. It is a form of delusion. The burden of proof is on the "parnanormal" claimant to prove their claims but it's been 1000s of years and nothing "paranormal" or "supernatural" has been observed because these claims are absurd fantasies, primitive superstition. 1000s of years ago it may of been "ok" to believe in this mystical and magical paranormal nonsense, but science has come a long way since and unmasked such nonsense. We are in the 21st century now and there's no reason to cling to primitive superstition! I will stick to my friend reliable empirical science which says there is not a shred of evidence for reincarnation, mediumship. I see no reason to invoke conspiracy theories that the scientific community are suppressing evidence for reincarnation like the paranormal believers do. The evidence does not exist. Cheers. Jon.
