Is this article missional? --It's-a me, LeftyGreenMario! 20:09, 16 August 2018 (UTC)
- @LeftyGreenMario Yes. The article isn't that great, but the SCOTUS case in question did drastically increase the regulatory power of Congress. It might not strictly fall under "authoritarianism" but it's an important court case, and if we're gonna have articles on Congress and the House of Commons than I don't see a reason to delete this one. Plus, I've always felt that missionality worked on a "spirit over the letter" basis. Chef Moosolini’s Ristorante ItalianoMake a Reservation 20:23, 16 August 2018 (UTC)
- True, true. What would make the article more interesting is a discussion about its legacy, how it increased regulatory power of Congress and which later decisions cited this as a precedent. We also need to start an article about the debate surrounding interpretation the regulation of "interstate commerce". --It's-a me, LeftyGreenMario! 20:25, 16 August 2018 (UTC)
- @LeftyGreenMario I think that latter bit would be best expressed in a Commerce Clause article. I'll see what I can do on that front, but I make no promises as to when I do it. Chef Moosolini’s Ristorante ItalianoMake a Reservation 00:17, 17 August 2018 (UTC)
