Oh shit, this is an essay, sorry, I was editing it ;) ħuman 06:11, 19 August 2009 (UTC)
Fraudulent elections[edit]
Hm, ever considered the possibility that the election of Obama was rigged so that the GOP wouldn't have to clear up the economic mess they'd created? In which case the previous administration would have been fascist! :) Генгисunbelieving 06:42, 19 August 2009 (UTC)
Bush[edit]
It might be instructive to carry out the same analysis of the Bush administration.--BobNot Jim 06:54, 19 August 2009 (UTC)
- What about a series on various world leaders? WazzaHello? Is there anybody in there? Just nod if you can hear me... 07:00, 19 August 2009 (UTC)
Reverting me you bastid[edit]
Well, of course it is an essay, and you are within your rights. I propose we move this to mainspace? Or at least you don't undo my making your essay more literate? ħuman 08:10, 19 August 2009 (UTC)
- I moved it to mainspace. ListenerXTalkerX 00:48, 7 September 2009 (UTC)
- You didn't move it; you just copied it. Do we still need it in two places? WěǎšěǐǒǐďMethinks it is a Weasel 16:54, 3 January 2010 (UTC)
- I copied it to mainspace in case anyone wanted to edit it further. If the mainspace version is thus to be changed, I would like to keep my own version. ListenerXTalkerX 20:18, 3 January 2010 (UTC)

lapel pin?[edit]
Under the Patriotism heading, how about pointing out that the irony that the people who accuse him of fascism are the same ones who criticized him for not wearing a flag lapel pin? DickTurpis (talk) 16:57, 3 January 2010 (UTC)
- The essay is meant to analyze Obama's position with respect to the Fourteen Warning Signs of Fascism. It is not meant to bash his opponents. You can place this observation in the mainspace version, if you wish. ListenerXTalkerX 20:17, 3 January 2010 (UTC)
Just a heads up[edit]
Dr. Lawrence Britt doesn't actually exist, as seen here. The person disproving the existence of "Dr" Britt reveals himself to be a Von Mises crank near the end but otherwise he seems correct about Britt and his actual credentials. ClothCoat (talk) 03:26, 4 February 2014 (UTC)
