Somebody should ask Andy whether or not he'd support a bill which advocated Christianity as a state religion. --76.22.8.23 11:01, 3 August 2007 (CDT)

Preferably someone who can spare a sock. --AutoFire 11:07, 3 August 2007 (CDT)

Of course he would.

Javascap bites back[edit]

Cut from Article

  • Ann Coulter - Really? Last I checked, Iraq is slowly becoming a more stable country. Approval for the terrorists there are at an all time low, and amazingly, suppourt for U.S. troops is going well.
  • Bob Dornan - Ever heard of "Homophobia?" Well me, why are you afraid of Gays? Because your precious bible tells you to be afraid of them? I suggest you look at the printing date on the bible. Yeah, exactly, EVERYTHING is older than 1800 years. Zinga!
  • David Trosch - And what the blooming hell does Sodomy have to do with murder?
  • Dont know how to say this, Fred... but see what I said to Bob Dornan. Furthermore, the army does not control Congress, Congress controls the army, and the army is led by the president.
  • Older Bush - Oh really? Has it ever occured to you as funny that you hold a rather humourous outlook that just because of a pledge, Athiests are inferiour?
  • Dubya Bush - Only the sith deal in extremes...
  • J. B. Stoner - Were you stoned when you wrote that? Looking into your bible, it seems to preace LOVE AND TOLERANCE, not aforementioned homophobia, racism, and hate. There is an organisation for people as close-minded as you. It's called the KKK. And the KKK was oulawed a long time ago. Assuming that you happen to get arrested, note the fact that there is a fair chunk of sodomy in U.S. prisons...

Moral Equivalence[edit]

In political debate this practice is called drawing moral equivalence and it relies on exaggerating the offenses of the United States (such as John Ashcroft covering a statue of Aphrodite with a loincloth, or "activists" murdering doctors who perform abortions and blowing up abortion clinics) while downplaying the offenses of the Taliban (such as dynamiting historically significant statues of Buddha). Francine 23:46, 2 October 2008 (EDT)

In reality, we call them the American Taliban because they seek to rule over the rest of us with some sort of religious dogma. Is that clearer now? Ever pay attention to American politics? Ever pay fucking attention to anything at all besides your own personal drama? Your addition kind of rambled and was not clear on its point - it starts with "exaggerating" and goes on to "murdering". Maybe I just didn't think the point was clear. So I reverted the edit, thanks for copying it here for discussion. ħumanUser talk:Human 00:04, 3 October 2008 (EDT)
Someone else added the murdering part. JazzMan 00:06, 3 October 2008 (EDT)
Maybe he wasn't paying "fucking attention" Francine 00:13, 3 October 2008 (EDT)
I added the murdering part to give a real sense of the moral equivalency between American Evangelical extremists and the Taliban

So the original edit was lame, and made fun of the concept, and PFoster tried to improve it? ħumanUser talk:Human 00:33, 3 October 2008 (EDT)

An old vandals post here in 2013[edit]

Funny, Shariawiki treats Islam with kid gloves and even churns out that lovely manufactored word "iswammophowbwiaaaa!!!" yet when it comes to Christianity, they accuse people like George Bush of being Taliban. Pathetic, typical leftist shills for islam, just like coughlan 616 and theamazingfaggot.PAT CONDELL BITCH!! --90.209.12.140 (talk) 15:41, 24 June 2013 (UTC)

Validity of picture[edit]

Wait is that woman on the left being satirical or not? Her comment underneath the picture suggested to me she's being satirical if so then we need to take the pic since we're implying she's a religious zealot does anyone know for sure?— Unsigned, by: ClothCoat / talk / contribs

She's a conservative Christian blogger and is 100% serious about that photo. Typhoon (talk) 14:22, 27 October 2014 (UTC)
Wow Poe's law at its best I was nearly certain she was a parodist. ClothCoat (talk) 04:10, 31 October 2014 (UTC)
