Perhaps an American could explain this better[edit]

Pro section[edit]
I don't see what's wrong with the section that you removed, @D. Can you explain this edit? @Gigantes/@Cyclopean wants to know. Bongolian (talk) 18:06, 29 June 2019 (UTC)
- It's very simple. The esteemed gentleman with many names has written a section attacking this article which the subject wrote. Now it's true that like most garbage from Quillette it's not exactly free from bias, if you look at the later part it does seem to play to the white genocide conspiracy crowd. However, the relevant section of our article doesn't mention this, and instead uses argument from a different fringe ideology to suggest that having children itself is the problematic view, when it isn't, it's the articles other implications which this section I removed did not even address, though perhaps it could be dealt with in the #Pseudoscience and extremist views section instead in a more appropriate way. — Dysk (contribs) 20:26, 29 June 2019 (UTC)
Can this article be deleted?[edit]
What is purpose of article? reads as a hit-piece and there are only 1 small section on his views. 216.238.104.252 (talk) 23:51, 30 April 2023 (UTC)
Whitewashing by RTD[edit]
Perhaps a mod can review the recent vandalism edits by RTD.
Here is a section they removed:
The paper on eugenics is defending liberal eugenics, which means that when we have the technology to select embryos we ought to allow parents to do that as individuals. I'm Jewish, and the idea that you would smear me as somehow defending Nazism is so disgusting and is so taken out of context.
They falsely claimed there is no source for this but it is easily found on internet archive:
Prof accuses Jewish academic of backing Nazi-style eugenics
This is a direct quote of Anomaly's words quoted in the article:
Anomaly, who was present at the event, challenged Gibbs’ interpretation of his work, stressing that his paper was taken out of context.
“The paper on eugenics is defending liberal eugenics, which means that when we have the technology to select embryos we ought to allow parents to do that as individuals,” he said. “I’m Jewish, and the idea that you would smear me as somehow defending Nazism is so disgusting and is so taken out of context.”
